Which Which's set-up/client interface is interesting. It's not something I'm accustomed to, and to me it was awesome, but for my wife, it was an extra hastle. See, you walk in, and to the right there are boxes with paper sacks in them. The boxes correspond with different types of sandwiches (turkey, chicken, italian, etc.), and the paper sacks have all options for each type of sandwich on them (toasted, olive spread, lettuce, white/wheat, etc.). They have a bunch of Sharpie pens around, so you just mark your sack to correspond with a sandwich that will then be built to your exact specifications! My sandwich was good. Every bit as good as another popular sandwich shop founded by firemen located about 200 yards away. One problem is that it's about twice as expensive, and that's with me sharing MY chips with the kids; for the same price I spent for two sandwich meals and two kids meals at Which Which, I could have gone to Red Lobster with my wife. My family went to Whole Hog two days later and it was cheaper than Which Which (and in an entirely different class). So what gives? TL;DR: I'd probably re-visit if it wasn't a sanwich shop priced like sit-down dining.

The sandwich taste good, but the previous poor reviews concerning the service are sadly quite true. When I went it there were four crew all sitting around an goofing off. I had to ask for help just to get one of the up to the register. At this restaurant, you write down your order, explicitly, on the side of the bag that they put your sandwich in. But they still manage to get the order wrong even though they have a step by step instruction manual staring them in the face that you took the time to provide them with. Skip this busted chain and get something healthier to eat somewhere else.

Fun place to eat with very good sandwiches. When you walk in you look over the menu board and write out your order then proceed to the register. Good selection of sandwiches and fast service. Milkshakes are good but expensive but don't waste your money on the cookies. Expensive and way over baked.

Good concept. . . decent execution. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a helpful employee who explained the rules. Those rules include: grabbing a bag and a sharpie, and marking your selections. They have a plethora of sandwich options (many more than your basic Subway, Jimmy Johns, or Firehouse Subs offers.) These include the basic sandwich offerings (ham, turkey, roast beef, club, etc.); vegetarian options (black bean patty, caprese, hummus, for example); seafood options (tuna, crab salad, buffalo shrimp, etc.); breakfast sandwiches; and many, MANY more. They also offer some unique offerings such as the Elvis Wich (peanut butter, honey, banana, and bacon). In fact, if you can think it, then they probably can make it. BBQ pork, triple cheese, egg salad, chicken pesto, meatball, the Cuban, corned beef, montecristo, gyro....yep, they really have it all.

I started going to this place because I wanted to try something new, and I was impressed with the sandwiches when the place first opened. Over time, my like of the food was overriden by the dislike of the service. When the place first opened, I received my food quickly with no mistakes regarding what I had ordered. Each visit results in further dissatisfaction as each order not only had mistakes, but the amount of mistakes in each order is increasing. It started with one topping being forgotten, then two, and then it begged the question "Am I receiving someone else's sandwich? This isn't anything like what I ordered." They've fixed it without any issues, but sometimes even the corrections are still wrong. Decent food, decent price, poor quality control.

The food is generally good, but out of the three times I've eaten there, someone's meal was messed up because a worker on their sandwich assembly line didn't read what sandwich was ordered. I ordered a Turkeywhich - a sandwich that includes cole slaw and 1000 island dressing, but I didn't specifically check "cole slaw" or "1000 island" in the extra addition parts. So even though my sandwich by definition contained those items, I didn't get them. Second example - order a Tomato and Avacado sandwich but don't check tomato and avacado in the below extras - no tomato and avacado - even though this is the title of the sandwich. This isn't a slight against the workers, but something in their process is wrong if you order a sandwich that is missing crucial items that by definition should be included. Also, everyone who works there appears to be 16 years old and there's obviously a good level of turnover, so I'm assuming this problem won't be fixed anytime soon. In conclusion - decent food and good selection of sandwiches and toppings, just be ridiculously explicit with what you want on the sandwich.

After a long of a day at work stopped by for a grab and go on the way back to the hotel. Tired of the "Subways of the world" decided to give it a shot. Guess what????, the best part of the experience was filling out the menu on the sandwich on the bag they serve you in.

Love this place. Never had a bad sandwich here. Good service. I have to keep myself from going there all the time but I do make it at least once a week.

I have no idea what these crazy people are talking about. Every time I walk in I'm greeted immediately by a FRIENDLY worker. The food is fantastic and they play great music! To the lady with the pepperoni wrapper, take it off yourself. They're human and make mistakes. Don't ruin it for everyone else because your snooty and lazy! Defiantly recommended!

Terrible. I'm not an expert, but I think you are supposed to take the paper wrapper off of pepperoni before you put it on a sandwich. There is also something to be said for simplicity. Too many choices can be a bad thing. Never going back. Try Jimmy John's instead.

It's good for what it is, another Jimmy Johns or Subway, just with more choices. Yelp is saying this review is short, so I'll add Which Wich not only has sandwiches but also Zapps chips! What?! Still too short? That's ridiculous...

Love the variety. Endless sandwich options! Lots of great vegetarian sandwich choices.
